Over and Out is such a cute comedy. My only complaint is that I didn't want it to end. It was just too short. I felt it was like watching the first episode of a great, new, hip situation comedy and I would look forward to the whole season. The no-tech idea is perfect for this era when everyone is inundated with technology. I just flew from New Orleans to Oakland yesterday. Walking down the aisle, I lost count of the number of lap tops, ipads, and ipods that were in use. Wow, is this perfect timing for a cute story like this. But, as much as I love the idea of a situation comedy, I can also see this film as a full feature film. After a few minutes into the film, I could see Drew Barrymore playing the lead character Taylor. Drew's talent for being quirky and lovable would be a perfect fit for this role.
