Lego Ninjago: Masters of Spinjistu is a world wide phenomenon that started long ago back in 2011. Heavily popular, and now with it's own movie, and being a fan of the Lego Batman Movie, I decided to sit and have a watch of the series.
In the first episode of the Masters of Spinjitsu, the Ninjas must fight the Serptine tribe, accidentally released by the son of the Dark Lord.
This was a little better than what I expected. I wasn't expecting much from it, maybe something for children, and nothing much for older viewers - however, I was quite surprised.
Although predictable, this had enough in it to hold viewer's attention, even myself as an older one. It was enjoyable. The humour, although mostly aimed for younger children, was quite hilarious. I laughed my way through this and really found myself to enjoy it to move on to watching the second episode.
I'd recommend watching this with your kids, and definitely letting your kids watch this. Clean, good fun for them, with some humour to entertain you as well.
