I love "Regular Show", but sadly, most of the episodes focused in the secondary character Muscle Man tend to be pretty weak and uninspired, mostly because he's just one-joke character, and his catchphrase has been said so many times which stopped being funny long time ago.
Fortunately, this episode, along with "Gut Model", serves as the perfect chance to give this character some appropriate development, without affecting the continuity of the series, showing that Muscle Man is a bit more complex than I thought at first. It is also a solid episode, with some entertainment moments (Though not as great as the best chapters of this series such as "It's Time" or "Just Set Up the Chairs")
It is certainly way more enjoyable than most of the Muscle Man episodes from the third season, such as the boring "Muscle Mentor" or the extremely disappointment "Trucker Hall of Fame".
