Spider-Man is approached by Nick Fury, the director of S.H.I.E.L.D., a global task force that specializes in helping teenaged heroes and stopping dangerous criminals. Nick Fury offers Spider-Man a chance to be a real hero, but Spider-Man declines the offer, Fury gives Spider-Man an upgraded version of his web shooters to get him to reconsider.
