It's okay

So much cliché and stereotypes.

Europe is not that dark and rainy all the time. It's not full of gangs.

And the latest episode was in france. Not everybody in france is a winefarmer.

It's so funny to see how europe is seen by Americans.

I do like the dog though. Tank is cute.

Making the French Bad In This One
shelbythuylinh20 April 2022
Warning: Spoilers
When an American wine expert is killed and having to leave behind his wife and unborn baby son to be, as it may had to do with that over with the French people using extreme prejudice against Americans.

But also that they felt the Americans were taking away business and even the French authorities wanted nothing to do with Forrester and his team and how it is great that Jaeger were there to calm things down.

Nothing is as it seems as the anti-American group CRAV that started as a small group but they wanted to scare away the Americans and use any kind of threats of intimidation and violence there but murder was a new thing.

But the reason Forrester and his team were called on in is that they felt that CRAV could had been a front for terrorists.

When things go from bad to worse, Scott takes control and warns the local authorities he would get the city police to better take over the investigation and how they now had to realize there was a big picture there.

Really they made the French being stuck up and snobby.

This FBI Fly Team needs better writers
CrimeDrama121 April 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Not surprised at all that the writers used the one stereotype for French people - rude. It seems to beg the question, why would any American ever think they will be accepted by the majority of French people in France? Our two countries have been allies for many years but France has tried to avoid conflict at all cost in recent years, not really acting like our ally. Just like with nearly every episode of "Criminal Minds", when Agent Kellett went to assist the American widow, she had no backup so I knew bad things were going to happen. For some reason, the bad guy showed up unarmed, otherwise Kellett and the widow would both likely be dead. The scene involving Raines going into the interrogation room and holding the bad guy's locked cellphone in front of his face to unlock it is brilliant.

I am extremely confused why the writers thought it would be a good idea for Sara, Agent Forrester's language tutor, to pull a prank on him. It is truly bizarre, even given the apparent mutual attraction. I don't want or expect silly humor like that in a crime drama.

FUTURE SPOILER ALERT: The look on Sara's face when Agent Forrester says he is turning off his phone (prior to their date) is puzzling. It makes me think she did NOT want him to turn off his phone, as if she were a spy. What are the odds that Forrester ran her background? The team doesn't even know about her yet. Stay tuned.

This FBI Fly Team is awesome so the writers need to step up and make them shine.
