Feels like a bit of a Calm Before The Storm episode.Or maybe between the storms.Elijah's attacker wanders around the town without anyone else aware of his identity. He seems a bit more stable here and the plot actually convinces that Romeo would hire a random guy down the wharf as a deckhand. It's nice to see some friendly interaction between Morag and Roo as well, after the off-kilter characterisation they've had to suffer recently.Leah's eagerness to help Elijah does eventually come across as rather worrying and Miles' intervention ends up being believable and understandable.
There's also some nice interaction between Romeo and Nicole, proving that the purely platonic male/female relationships are often the best. There's some subtle use of continuity in Roo's fears about Nicole's plan to give up the baby, which are sounding more and more like a recipe for disaster. It's a shame it's at the expense of Sid's character, since he's always seemed well aware of the potential pitfalls.
