- The last chance for immunity is a fight to the finish with an unlikely pairing of castaways, and the final three plead their case to the jury-find out who will outplay, outwit and outlast the others, on the two-hour season finale.
- Previously on...: With Ometepe dominating, Rob started to make deals with everyone on his tribe to get to the finals. Ashley and Natalie have paired up, as well, and Phillip has been trying to convince everyone that he'd be the best person to take to the finale. Ashley blindsided Andrea, who must now face her former ally, Matt, to stay in the game.
Back at camp: Ashley is giddy about the blindside on Andrea and points out that she and Natalie are the "last girls standing." They quietly decide to tell each other if there's any plan floating around about ousting one or other of them. Natalie tells us she's still committed to Rob, then she goes and tells Rob, who tells Natalie that there's something "kind of sneaky" about Ashley. Rob tells us it might make sense to get rid of Ashley next.
Redemption Island: Andrea shows up at Redemption Island and things are immediately awkward with Matt. She goes and talks to Steve and Ralph first. She tells Matt she thinks he hates her, but he says she's been giving him "puppy-dog eyes while at tribal council." She then goes on a tirade about how wishy-washy he's been. Ralph tells Andrea she's got to sleep on the ground.
Andrea tells her former tribemates how shocked and humbled she is by the fact that they all looked into her eyes and told one thing before blindsiding her.
The duel: The players have to work a handle through a table maze. When they finish, they'll retrieve a bag of puzzle pieces. The first three to put their puzzles together stay in the game.
Ralph finishes the maze first and starts the puzzle. Mike and Matt both finish a bit later, followed by Andrea. Ralph's early lead is quickly fading as Mike emerges and finishes his puzzle first.
Ralph looks completely lost on the puzzle while Matt calmly goes about it and Andrea handles it well. Matt and Andrea finish at almost the exact same time, leaving Ralph out of the game.
Rob is getting sick of Redemption Island. He wants it to be done because it's damaging his game.
Back at camp: Food is running low and everyone tries to exert as little energy as possible. Ashley doesn't want to eat the rice because it will only last until Day 36. Phillip gets into it with the girls about the food situation, saying they don't need to eat as much as Grant and the guys because they're smaller.
Grant tells Rob they should take Ashley out next, which will scare Natalie out of switching away from them.
Ashley tells us the best play for her is to mount a big move to get rid of a strong competitor.
That night, Ashley tells Rob they should take Grant out next to send him to Redemption Island. Rob says they should think about it. Rob goes and tells Grant about Ashley's plan, and he tells Grant they have to win the immunity challenges from here on out. Grant says he's going to be "happy" to get Ashley out.
The next morning, Grant and Rob are talking to us about how Ashley's "free ride" is about to end.
Ashley tells Natalie she thinks it's becoming pivotal for her now, but Natalie tells her not to worry about it. Ashley's nervous, but feels secure because Natalie hasn't given her any indication. Rob tells Natalie he's got her back and he knows it's hard for her to think about betraying Ashley. Rob tells us he thinks Ashley is corrupting Natalie.
Immunity and reward challenge: The players have to use fish hooks to retrieve a bag of puzzle pieces. The puzzle is with sticks that make a fish skeleton. They have to do the whole challenge with one arm tied behind their backs.
Grant finishes the first section first, followed by Phillip and Rob. Ashley falls behind but gets back into it. Natalie is struggling.
Ashley finishes the second section first to take the lead. Grant follows, then Phillip. Rob is falling behind while Natalie is still working on her first section.
Ashley gets her final set of pieces back first. Rob is behind her, along with Phillip. Grant fades. Ashley finishes first and Rob and Grant struggle to hide their shock.
In addition to immunity, the reward is "room service," with a three-course meal delivered to camp. Ashley gets to choose another player she'll share her meal with, and she chooses Natalie.
Back at camp: Rob says this is the worst thing that could happen. Rob tells Grant through his testimonial that he doesn't want to do it, but he's going to have to vote him off.
Rob has to do the dirty work. Grant tries to talk Rob into voting Natalie out. Rob agrees and shakes Grant's hand. Grant says it'll be exciting when we see his name written down twice and then "the princess is going to get a red carpet straight to Redemption Island."
The girls' food shows up and they go off into a corner to eat. They eat so much they make themselves sick. Rob starts to get a little nervous, saying that the girls are becoming a dangerous couple. Ashley tells Natalie that they might have to team up with whoever comes back from Redemption Island.
Rob says he's still in a good spot, and will have to decide whether it's Grant or Natalie who goes home.
"One man should not have this much power in this game," he says. "Luckily, I'm not an ordinary man."
Tribal Council: Ashley says she feels "really good" to be wearing the immunity necklace. Grant shakes his head and says he thinks it was pretty crucial for him to win. Rob claims he feels vulnerable, but only feels better because Grant's a bigger threat.
Ashley talks about how close she and Natalie are, which Jeff thinks is making "bombs" go off in the guys' heads. Natalie says it's fair to suggest she might be a target if the guys want to split up her and Ashley.
Rob says his wife and daughter help power him through. He says he's so close, but just one wrong move at any time could make it all disappear. Grant gets emotional when he talks about his own soon-to-be wife waiting for him at home.
The vote: Grant writes down Natalie's name, Ashley writes down Grant's name.
Jeff reads the votes: Natalie, Grant, Grant, and Grant is the 15th person voted out.
"See you guys shortly," he says as he walks away in disbelief. Rob hangs his head and looked pretty emotional as Jeff read the votes.
