This episode was extremely well done. Loved all the blade Runner references and the song was really good, not much time is devoted to the 2 subplots but that's okay, overall a great episode in a very mediocre season.

Extremely well done!

Warning: Spoilers
Loren Bouchard comes out again with another amazing 2 part episode, as long as part 2 lives up to this weeks episode it will be great. Spent majority of the time for the episode and it was great. Loved how they set the 2 parter as like a short movie before the release of bob's burgers movie. Great references to blade runner as well as ex machina and grease too! Will Tina wear the shirt she loves or abandon it to look as cool as possible. Looking forward to next Sunday!
An odd gem of an episode

I did not expect to like this so much. I haven't really enjoyed a lot of Bobs Burgers episodes the last couple of seasons, but this was a fun episode with a good moral story underlined. I only would say it's not 10/10 because it wasn't necessarily funny - which is typically what I want from Bobs Burgers.
incredible

A masterpiece?

As weird as this will sound, I think this is, legit, a modern animation masterpiece. Fans of Sci Fi, in particular, will be utterly seduced and left speechless at the end. The outro music is, I honestly believe, the best tribute to 80s Sci Fi currently in existence and an iconic piece in its own right. The song near the end is also very high quality and welcome. No spoilers, just do yourself a big favour and watch. The shock at how good it was lasts a satisfyingly long amount of time. Bring on Part 2!
Oddly incredible

I prefer binge-watching this show rather than waiting for each episode to come out. The episodes so far this season were all pleasantly enjoyable, but nothing really stuck out - until this one. The Blade Runner parody was unexpected, not only in the sense that it comes out of nowhere after a throwaway set-up line, but in the fact that it's genuinely really good.
Bob's Burgers is usually a wholesome, whimsical show, but the writers/animators nailed the bleak, oppressed atmosphere of the BR films (and even did a great job of evoking the iconic soundtrack). About halfway into this, I realised I was more engrossed in this episode than I had been during the Bob's Burgers Movie. Yes, it's a fairly straightforward metaphor (as Tina is the one creating the story) but I liked how effective the Blade Runner scenes were in conveying her frustration with Tammy and Jocelyn's annoying segment.
Good stuff.

I thought this episode was really great, which I haven't felt about the show since a couple seasons ago, also I'm sure the side plots will be resolved because its a 2 parter! But yeah the episode flowed nicely and overall i found it to be really enjoyable.

I'm a huge fan of Bob's Burgers but...

First of all why did they decide this needed to be a two-parter? Secondly both episodes in my opinion are the most boring and slow episodes of the entire series. Terrible, terrible, terrible. The B story with Bob trying to deal with writing on his bathroom wall was way more interesting. Maybe this would have worked at the A&b stories were flipped but the animators obviously wanted to draw a love letter to the blade runner movie..
