- About half-way through the movie a scene is shown with Saya and one other girl in the bath. Only breasts are seen. And shortly after, Saya has a flashback where she is nude and has blood stains all over her, but yet again, only breasts are seen.
Violence & Gore

- A woman is attacked by an elder bairn. Though offscreen, loads of blood sprays all over a witnessing man who is then attacked as well with equally large amount of blood spray. The attacker is seen covered in blood.
- An elder bairn kidnaps a teen girl with the intent to eat her, but is then stabbed through the head by another teen girl, spraying blood everywhere and splattering all over the attacker, which is clearly seen for the next few minutes
- In a dream sequence, a young woman's head explodes, spraying blood everywhere and some matter as well. The shot is extremely brief, however.
- A teenage girl cleaves off some flesh from around a man's eye. Some blood and flayed skin is seen, as well as the muscle system underneath.
- Surprisingly, nowhere near as violent as the anime series.
- A man has his arm cut off with a fair amount of blood. He then uses some of his blood to turn himself into a monster.

- A man has a phial full of blood stabbed into his eye. Perhaps the most graphic scene in the movie.
- At the very beginning, a furukimono appears on a train and eats a man, and is killed soon after by Saya Kisaragi. Later, Saya sucessfully kills fumito after a failed attempt earlier in the movie.
