I could not disagree more with the previous reviewer. Annie is warm and charming, and obviously adores Spain, its people and its cuisine, as I do. The show is beautifully filmed, the focus is on Spain's wonderful food and its sources, and it is pretty focused for a Cooking Channel show. I look forward to each new episode and will miss it when its original run ends.

It is a wonderful show - much better than the one Mario Batali, Mark Bittman and Gwyneth Paltrow did a couple of years ago (which I also enjoyed in spite of myself!).

Watch this and enjoy. Annie is wonderful.

Someone PLEASE tell Annie Sibonney that not every single phrase out of the mouth of every single person she meets is hilarious. I'm all for happy people talking about food, but she never seems to stop giggling and outright laughing at every little thing. Whether it's amusing, neutral or serious, she seems incapable of differentiating when to laugh versus a more appropriate reaction. She sounds insane. Also, she has to stop pawing all the men she comes in contact with!! It's SO annoying and ridiculous! I love the Spanish culture and it's a shame that's the best host they could find to represent and showcase such a beautiful country. Thumbs down.

From Spain With Love has fast become my favorite show on TV! It's smart and full of passion but most of all it has something for everyone. I watch a lot of cooking shows and this one is far better than the rest. It should be on Travel Channel or National Geographic because it's so much more than a recipe show. The host Annie Sibonney is so kind to her guests, never mind GORGEOUS. You can tell how much she loves the people on the show and how they treat her, says a lot about who she is. She is so welcomed everywhere she goes. She's absolutely delightful. My entire family can't get enough of this show and of Annie. I am currently planning a trip to Spain because of this show, for my whole family and we can't wait to go to all the places Annie has introduced us to on the show. I really hope that there is another season. I've seen every episode and I can't wait to see more. Maybe Annie Sibonney in another country?
