a true movie about life and love

I was interested in watching this movie to get an idea of what fare is served by the Philippines film industry as I live in California. It is well know that in the 1930s and the 1940s, Hollywood made some of the greatest films in the world. Forever and a Day says a lot about the true conflicts that exist in life, about the things that young people do to have fun, and the ideals, true and false that challenge them. It is deeply impregnated with the Catholic culture of the Philippines. Like a few recent movies, such as Juno, it does not serve up anti-heroes but real people and the real problems that face them. The movie deals with conflicts that are real and face people in the work place, with their health, and in their personal relationships. To those that differ with my opinion, I say -- get real : life is worth living.
