Will attends a night Spanish class at McKinley taught by a man named David Martinez (Ricky Martin). After the first class, David tells Will he can't get a job at the school because of a hiring freeze. David is transitioning from tooth model to teacher. He suggests Latin songs. Sue (Jane Lynch) has decided to have a child and is looking for a sperm donor. She's also going for the tenured position. She has seniority and thinks she is a shoo-in.
Figgins tells Sue he's been getting complaints, some of which came from Coach Roz Washington (Nene Leakes). Roz wants to help with the Cheerios.
Will tells the kids this week is Latin week. He tells Santana (Naya Rivera) it's long overdue. David comes into the class. Will says he invited him to help. David talks to the kids about having "duende," and to demonstrate sings a version of "Sexy and I Know It."

The Cheerios like their new Roz moves. Sue tells Roz she thinks she's trying to steal her job when she goes on maternity leave. Roz thinks Figgins is going to give her Sue's job, in part because of her Olympic medal.
Rachel (Lea Michele) tells Mercedes and Kurt (Chris Colfer) about her engagement. She says she knows she'll be with Finn (Cory Monteith) for the rest of her life, and makes them promise not to tell.

Afterwards, Will takes the stage in full matador dress to sing an English/Spanish version of "A Little Less Conversation." Afterwards, Santana admits she was the one who complained about him. She thinks he's perpetuating stereotypes. He tells the kids he became a Spanish teacher only because it was the only open position. She thinks he lacks passion.
