When the Evil Queen is talking to Rumpelstiltskin, her face is alternately between the bars or further back depending upon the camera angle.

When Regina gives a basket of apples to Emma (at Granny's), she claims that they are Honeycrisp apples and that she has tended a tree that grows them since she was a young girl. This is actually a double goof. First of all, the apples shown are clearly Red Delicious not Honeycrisp. Honeycrisp apples are shaped differently and are not that vivid of a shade of red. Secondly, the Honeycrisp was not released to the public until 1991. This would mean that the variety was only 20 years old in 2011 and could hardly have been grown and tended by Regina since childhood. Nor could it have come from the Enchanted Forest - the Honeycrisp was invented by a team at the University of Minnesota.
Near the beginning of this episode, Regina brings Emma a basket of apples saying that they're from her Honeycrisp tree. However, the apples in the basket are Red Delicious, not Honeycrisp.
When the Evil Queen is hugging her father there is a mirror behind her, in which you can see some of the crew.
Emma is evicted from the inn under a "no felons" ordinance but since she's only been arrested and not convicted, she isn't a felon.
