Girl in yellow top and white shorts passes Castle and Becket three times from different directions while they walk through the College Girls Gone Crazy offices.
As Ryan and Esposito approach the doors of the cryonics lab, we see them approaching the doors from the inside looking out. Below the door window you can clearly see the bars of the door lock indicating the doors "push" out, yet when they open the doors they push the doors in.
Ryan and Esposito recover a .45 caliber bullet from a dead pigeon that the suspect shot. A .45 caliber bullet travels between 850-1200 FPS and would easily pass through such a small bird.
In the Cryogenic facility, the bodies are shown upright with as window to show the face. In reality, cryogenically stored bodies are placed head down so the head is the last part exposed if there is a malfunction in the coolant (usually LN2) supply. Also, a window constitutes a structural weakness and a heat leak.
At the end of the show, Beckett identifies Mrs. Hamilton's means of death as a cyanide pill.
Cyanide pills cause death by brain death, irreparably destroying the cerebral neurons, which would completely negate her reason to die, in order to have her brain preserved.
