My goodness this is what happens when you give out participation trophies and give in to everything she asks for. Otherwise a pretty cool episode

Just started Season 4

I'm on the 3rd episode of season 4 and absolutely love the chemistry between Castle and Beckett but I am so not liking Capt Gates. Not sure I can stomach her if she stays on the show. Too bad they wrote her in.

Alex is annoying

A girl throws out all her childhood awards. She's moody and hysterical. Why? Was she hurt? Is she ill? Maybe a tragedy in the family? NO! She was rejected by Stanford, poor thing. I understand they wanted to show her as a perfectionist and overachiver but all they created is a spoiled brat who wouldn't take no for an answer. And her goody-two-shoes-ness is REALLY annoying. Oh, daddy, my friends shoplifted and I went back to pay for it because - AHEM - I'm so good, so please punish me. YAWN.
