The Coroner is much too rough with the organs he takes from Ross's body. If he intends to sell them, even on the black market, he wouldn't just reach into the body cavity and wrench and slice them out. Organ recovery is a very delicate process, and the slightest mistake can render the organ completely unusable.
To keep an organ viable for transplant, it has to be removed quickly, not in a body transported to a morgue. This is why it's done in hospitals, where the organs can be carefully removed and safely stored. The way its done here, those organs are worthless.
The main character illegally purchases a drug (Propofol) to use in order to knock herself unconscious, then proceeds to inject it into her bicep muscle. Propofol is used via injecting into a vein, and had been shown to be ineffective when administered intramuscularly.
