Very goood Movie, I had my Mother in Law in South Africa looking for the movie to watch it. Devon, this was awesome. I appreciate you good Brotha! I will surely watch it again. I grew up in Chester on the East side and used to walk through Deshong Park with my brothers and sister. You surely brought me back to a few memories.... Once again, this was good. Hopefully this will be another stepping stone to show more of the world of your talent and that Chester truly does have a few diamonds in the rough, and if people just look, they are there just like you brotha!!! Continued success and peace on your journey!!

I was drawn to watch this film because it was shot in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, the same location as "Mare of Easttown." However, one should not expect a similar experience to "Mare of Easttown." This film is a low-budget, independent project, and it seems they did the best they could with what they had available.
Some plot elements are less convincing, like police officers ready to commit murder to hide their mistakes. Also, the narrative of corrupt white police officers targeting Black citizens feels overused and tired.
Having observed the filming of a few scenes, it was apparent they operated with a minimal crew. Given these constraints, I believe they did as well as they could. My rating for the movie is 4 stars out of 10.
