Day one of Benjamin's One-Year-Masters program he discovers an enormous flaw in the entrance exam that allowed for "undesirables" to fill the classroom. If he can't fix this he may be stuck with them for a full year, with no escape.
Still in the very first day of OYM, the Dean comes in and shuts off the lights pretending it's a new "green" policy to cover up the school's budget problems. Benjamin has to make due with no lights and rowdy students.
While preparing the students for their first test, Benjamin realizes that with all the meticulous planning he did for the OYM program, he forgot to factor in lunch. Can food get this course back on track or will Tavish quit anyway?
After one rumble too many, Tavish decides to take a day off from the syllabus and have the class engage in team-building exercise so that they may better get along with each other. Time proves this is his worse idea yet.
After discovering that the Classholes have been cheating, Professor Tavish resigns and drops out of sight. The Classholes believe they can keep the course on track if one of them takes over teaching.
