Way Too Long
shawnblackman14 November 2016
A low budget horror comedy with an Elivira type by the name of Creeporia, who gets a job at a wax museum. She discovers her undead friends work there and together they tackle some adventures.

This was pretty bad. Half of the film was done on a computer animation program that my brother had at one time. The film clocks in at 3 hours and 25 minutes which is just way too long to listen to stupid jokes and very lame writing like for example everybody starts to dance when they hear the word 'limbo'. It felt like Inspector Gadget meets Beetlejuice. I think this started as a web series and then spliced into a film. The guy who created it does mostly kid programs if that tells you anything. Stay away unless you have an afternoon with nothing to do.

Low Budget - Entertaining
richardbutch6913 July 2016
I like these types of movies. I have many movies in my DVD collection just like this one - low budget or should I say no budget - basically showcasing older horror movie monsters from Universal, Hammer Films etc. The main character Creeporia carries the movie, she seems to be enjoying herself and is a looker. So don't expect a masterpiece, just take it for what it is and that is a low budget silly movie with very little plot. If you like Elvira or Zacherley's Horrible Horror - you will like this movie. You can tell the makers of this movie grew up on old horror movies, Famous Monsters magazine and the like. I watched this on Amazon where Creeporia and Creeporia Part 2 were combined into one three hour movie, so it was a little long. So, sit back with some popcorn and enjoy. I did.

Bum-numbing

Warning: Spoilers
CREEPORIA is an indie extravaganza throwback to the camp classics of old - a film made to homage old horror and science fiction movies, with lots of references to the Universal classics and the like. And it's completely dreadful. I watched it on Amazon in one bum-numbing three-hour compendium in which parts one and two are bolted together into one unsatisfying whole, and the end result is anything but endearing. Expect plenty of cheap and cheesy animation, part animation, and bad actors mugging horrendously. The director throws in endless camera tricks and effects in a bid to take your mind off of the non story, the lack of pacing, and the limited structure, but doesn't succeed.
