After a bunch of uninspiring auditions at the Boston Casting call, soon Richard Meehan came in, followed by Kevin Kate. Both auditions were so engaging that the script's mother-daughter storyline was then changed into a father-son storyline in order to cast Kevin and Richard.
Richard Meehan auditioned with the "I see dead people" Monologue from the film The Sixth Sense. His performance commanded the room and thoroughly impressed the crew.

From the first script draft, all the way through to the distribution and screenings, this film took just over a year to complete.
