This episode was fantastically constructed. Such a wonderful episode showing the dichotomy between the goodness in humanity versus the selfish human interests. I'm not gonna lie though, I would NEVER have asked the Doctor to share his Hanukkah food gifts. They were HIS, one of the only things he was able to have that were solely his from his fiancé. He should have been allowed to keep them to himself without guilt or shame.
Other than that the bit about Miep getting upset and Jan going to church was hilarious.
And the big reveal about the necklace and her friend was quite the axe to fall.
The cinematic quality to this show continues to impress over and over. In this episode it was the scene where Miep was ice skating with the snow falling down.
