Are you an indie filmmaker? Have you made a short film? Then Den Of Geek would love to hear from you...
Once upon a time, Den Of Geek opened up an invitation to independent filmmakers. It was this: if you had a completed film that you didn't have distribution for, send it to us. If we liked it, we'd review it, interview you, and place two articles in prominent positions on the site. What's more, we didn't label the articles as 'Independent Film' or pigeonhole them. We'd treat the movies as if they were regular releases.
We found two movies - Weekend Retreat and Blood And Bone China - that we really liked.
For some time, we've been talking about what to do next. And we've got some ideas. So if you're a burgeoning indie filmmaker, and have something you think we'd be interested in, here's what we're up to.
