The Undertaker has made a rare public appearance with his wife. He was pictured with Michelle McCool at the CC4C 4th Annual Micro Marathon 4 Inspiration in Bee Cave, Texas. It is a 2.62 mile family fun run, which raises funds for sick children. WWE superstar Mark Henry was also taking part.
Taker appearing in public with Michelle is something that they both try to kayfabe a little, and she’ll often only post obscure and teasing comments / pictures on her own instagram. But the above photo came from the charity instagram, which treated the scene like any normal family fun run. It wasn’t like Taker had any big celebrity status at the event, he was there as Mark Calaway.
He’s currently in the best shape he’s been in a long time, and is set to wrestle his third match of 2015 at October’s Hell In A Cell.

Last night’s Raw saw the shock return of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, electrifying those in attendance in Brooklyn and surprising millions (and millions!) of his fans across the globe. Accepting Rusev’s open challenge to the locker room, Rocky cut a typically mocking promo and knocked the Super-Athlete clean out of the ring. Rusev has been on a tear since his slight gimmick change back in May. After announcing his relocation from Bulgaria to Russia and dropping his first name, he’s made relatively short work of Big E. Langston, Jack Swagger and Mark Henry in a trio of one-sided feuds. With current rival Big Show out of the picture last night, his reign of dominance looked set to continue until the Brahma Bull strode to the ring.

This Sunday is the biggest day on the calendar year for those of us who still prefer this Steve Austin over the one from The Six Million Dollar Man and who still get the urge to patriotically tear off our shirts whenever this terrible Rick Derringer song kicks in. It’s WrestleMania XXX (that’s XXX as in “30,” not in porn terms), and it’s airing live from New Orleans on Sunday night.
I’m particularly excited for this iteration of the show thanks to the development that has completely re-aligned the way I watch and think about the WWE’s theatrical grappling arts.

With 2013 now receding in the rear view mirror, it’s time for the customary retrospectives to begin appearing on the shelves, and the first one out of the WWE stable is Best PPV Matches 2013, which as you might expect does exactly what it says on the tin. Well, almost.
My one minor gripe with the WWE and their annual PPV retrospectives is that they don’t cover the full calendar year. Though they’ve thoughtfully included a match from the, at time of writing, unreleased Hell in a Cell DVD/Blu-ray (due later this month, on 27th January), there’s nothing from either Survivor Series or TLC, and so the pedant in me has issues with it technically being the best of 2013 (particularly given the importance of the title unification bout between John Cena and Randy Orton at the latter). I could understand if they were rushing it out for...

WWE’s Hell in a Cell is a pay per view that I’ve never really got on board with, the idea of hosting two cell matches in one night, every year, kind of saturated the use of the cell for me, a match that was normally kept locked away for special occasions was being wheeled out for a show every year. Still, the events have produced some interesting matches and this event, on paper, sounded like it would be decent too.
The results of the matches are:
Cody/Goldust beat The Uso’s and The Shield to retain the WWE Tag Titles. The Miz had a brawl with The Wyatt Family and Kane returned. Fandango and Summer Rae pinned The Great Khali and Natalya. Big E Langston beat Dean Ambrose via count-out. Cm Punk beat Ryback and Paul Heyman in a Hell in a Cell match. Los Matadores beat The Real Americans.

Relive another historic year with The Best Pay-per-view Matches 2013, featuring over 15 of WWE’s most intense matches from its biggest events! The Rock returns to finally bring home the WWE Championship for the first time in ten years. Cm Punk tries to extinguish Undertaker’s Streak in front of over 80,000 screaming fans. Triple H attempts to tame The Beast, Brock Lesnar. John Cena battles back from injury to win the World Heavyweight Championship, and much more!
The whole idea of a annual release containing hand-picked matches from pay-per-view shows throughout the course of the previous year is a good one, providing fans who might not buy the shows or collect each DVD release a chance to see what WWE consider to be the best matches they’ve promoted within a calender year.

Welcome to this week’s results and review write up of WWE Raw, the flagship show of the biggest sports entertainment company in the world.
So, tonight is a special “Slammy Awards” themed Raw, with awards being given out throughout the evening in a variety of categories, including “Superstar of the Year”, “Rookie of the Year”, “Diva of the Year” and “Match of the Year”. So let’s get going shall we?
The show begins, live from Washington, with local boy, and most-over guy in WWE, Daniel Bryan, making his way to the ring to a monster pop and thousands of “yes” chants from the fans in attendance. His opponent tonight is the dancing, silk shirt wearing, former Johnny Curtis, Fandango, who is accompanied by the lovely Summer Rae. The match isn’t a long one, but allows both men to get some offence in before the inevitable victory of Bryan.

Previously on: The WWE Championship and World Heavyweight Championship will be unified at "TLC," when Randy Orton takes on John Cena. Cm Punk got put in a match against all of The Shield, while Daniel Bryan will face all three members of The Wyatt Family.
The big news: The only real news was the Slammy Awards, which WWE spent a lot of "Raw" on. Slating the Slammys as the go-home to a pay per view seems like a bad idea, because the storylines need to be focused on. That just wasn't in the cards though.
Really, the only feud that got attention was the title unification match, which makes sense. It was done with a Championship ascension ceremony, which really only means the two belts were attached to a rope and hoisted into the rafters of the building. They did so with every former WWE and World Champion under contract standing in the ring,...

You might’ve noticed that last week I took a little sabbatical from my review of WWE programming. This was for one really good reason, The Big Show lawsuit storyline. This thing is so riddled with logic holes that it almost drove me crazy.
WWE Raw from Manchester, England was definitely one of those nights. Two weeks from Survivor Series, it seems the focus of the night was more on who was or wasn’t in charge then the pay-per-view itself. A few months ago, I wrote an article on how I thought authority figures on wrestling programming needed to go away. This night definitely proves my point.
The night opens with Randy Orton coming out saying that the authority of Triple H and Stephanie are on vacation. The face of the WWE says he’s in charge. Kane, the new director of operations says he’s in charge and...

As a child who grew up during the 1990s, pro wrestling was a pretty big deal in my life for a while. From around 1994 to 2002, every Monday I would park myself down in front of the TV and make sure to catch Monday Night Raw. There’s just something about watching angry, colorful characters beat the tar out of each other that really appeals to kids.
In addition to these weekly staples of programming, one Sunday a month would feature a pay-per-view with a clever title such as King Of The Ring or Survivor Series. While these certainly were big events that saw feuds end and titles change hands, the biggest of all events was WrestleMania. I remember watching countless WrestleManias while being in awe at the sheer spectacle of it all and being amazed at the classic matches being put on display. Hosted by The Miz, the compilation features every Money in the Bank Ladder Match in history. The match debuted at WrestleMania 21 in 2005, quickly becoming a WrestleMania tradition and in 2010 proved so popular that it was given its own annual PPV event. Several top Superstars have been Money in the Bank winners including John Cena, Kane, Edge, Cm Punk (twice!), Rob Van Dam and many more. 11 of the first 12 winners have used the match as a springboard to winning a championship, and several times the match has helped a Superstar who has never win a World Championship break through to claim their first. Much like the Royal Rumble Match, the Money in the Bank match represents a golden opportunity for a Superstar to achieve immortality, and its entire lineage is presented here.
It is nice to see this match receive its own box-set release. The “Money in the Bank” concept...

Welcome to this week’s results and review of Monday Night Raw.
The show begins with Living Colour’s “Cult of Personality” hitting and Cm Punk making his way down the aisle to a tremendous pop from the fans. We see a short clip of last week’s Raw when Punk and Daniel Bryan were separately attacked by The Wyatt Family. The Wyatt’s make their entrance and Punk’s opponent tonight is Luke Harper, who is accompanied by Bray and Rowan. Harper uses his brawling to keep Punk down, while Punk attempts to get technical, only to be beaten down by the unorthodox offence of Harper. The fans chant “Cm Punk” as Harper continued the beat-down on the “straight-edge saviour”. Punk regains control with a dive from the ring to the outside onto Harper. Dean Ambrose recently passed the 160-day mark for his reign as the WWE United States Champion, making his the tenth longest since the belt was revived in 2003.
With over a decade of title history now behind it in the WWE, we look back at ten superstars that have enjoyed a good run as Us champ.
10. Dean Ambrose
The current holder burst onto the scene last year as part of The Shield. Partners Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns helped Ambrose go on a tear. They attacked big names like The Big Show, Kane, Randy Orton and Sheamus before becoming the bodyguards of power couple Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, also known as The Authority.

For the third pay-per-view in a row, WWE had a lot to answer for coming out of Miami. Sure, they gave some definitive endings but they weren’t exactly heavenly when they came to logic. Shawn Michaels was once again thrust into controversy as the special guest referee crowning a new WWE champion and Randy Orton, Cm Punk gets his hands on Paul Heyman and crew and John Cena return miraculously after two months and became the World Heavyweight Championship holder for the third time. But in the end was that enough to make Satan’s structure interesting again? Or was Raw, much like the pay-per-view in forgetting the devil is all in the details again.
The show opens with John Cena coming out to the live crowd in Orlando very hyped up. The new champion says that he had his doubters pointing out Jbl at ringside. But Cena goes...

We’re 24 hours removed from WWE Hell in a Cell 2013. Welcome to this week’s write-up of WWE Raw.
The show begins with a video package showing Daniel Bryan being kicked in the mouth by Shawn Michaels and losing to Randy Orton, who became the new WWE Champion.
John Cena is welcomed back as the New World Champion, and the fans, as they have for ten years now, are very mixed. A lot of boos from the adults in the audience, but the kids are having fun seeing the pink-shirt wearing hero back on television. I wish I could echo their cheers, but sadly I am not too happy about Cena’s return. I will say though, it does add some “oomph” to the World Title, being around Cena’s shoulder. The announcers put Cena over like their lived depend on it. Cena takes the microphone and proclaims that he’s back.

Reigning WWE Tag Team Champions Goldust and Cody Rhodes are no strangers to tasting doubles gold. Both have held prestigious tag titles before.
These half-brothers, one bizarre, the other dashing, are exciting fans the world over with their current run. On air, WWE commentators have referred to it as a “Cinderella story.”
Since defeating The Shield at the Battleground pay-per-view Cody and Goldust have been on a roll. In a rematch on Raw they captured the belts and then defended them at the next monthly event Hell In A Cell in a Triple Threat match also involving The Usos.
With the Rhodes family now set to feud with Zeb Colter’s Real Americans (Jack Swagger and Antonio Cesaro) after they beat them on Raw this week only time will tell how long their reign will last.

Proof, as if proof were needed, that Hell In A Cell is one of the WWE’s most dangerous events of the year came with the crowning of two new world champions in Miami.
Coming into this late October pay-per-view wrestling fans wondered whether Daniel Bryan or Randy Orton would walk out of Satan’s structure with the richest prize in the business.
The WWE Championship has been vacant – what was wrong with that terminology instead of a corporate business word like abeyance by the way – for over a month now. Hell In A Cell matches have always been designed to bring finality to feuds.
Who would have the last word? What role would WWE’s Chief Operating Officer Triple H have in proceedings? Could the integrity of the Showstopper Shawn Michaels be called into question as special referee?

The "Hell in a Cell" fallout: "Hell in a Cell" went off the air Sunday with an ending that left many fans confused and disappointed. Randy Orton left the ring as WWE Champion, after Shawn Michaels superkicked Daniel Bryan. That's not what referees are supposed to do.
Elsewhere, John Cena beat Alberto Del Rio to become World Heavyweight Champion in his first match back from injury and Cm Punk finally got his revenge on Paul Heyman, caning him high above the cell and putting him to sleep.
The big news: The main focus of "WWE Raw" was Randy Orton's championship celebration. After all, he's the man the Authority (the silly name Triple H and Stephanie McMahon have given themselves) want as the face of the company.
The celebration was set up as almost an exact replay of the night after "SummerSlam," with the locker room on the stage while The Shield guarded the ring.

New World Heavy Weight Champion John Cena tells HollywoodLife.com about the process of returning to the WWE after suffering a major injury.
The WWE‘s annual Hell In A Cell Pay-Per-View event was bigger than ever Oct. 27, with Superstar John Cena making his triumphant return to the ring after suffering a debilitating injury Aug. 18. Though his highly anticipated match against Alberto del Rio ended in victory and applause, Cena was definitely the underdog of the night, with even WWE commentators speculating that he had “reemerged too early.”
But much to the delight of the entire Cenation — and to the dismay of del Rio, who craftily targeted Cena’s weaknesses throughout the nail-biting match — Cena emerge victorious, officially securing the title of World Heavyweight Champion.
Cena visited HollywoodLife.com‘s New York City offices earlier this month to give us an update on his condition:

Will there actually be a WWE Champion decided this time? The Championship title has been vacant since the day after "Night of Champions," and now Daniel Bryan and Randy Orton are finally settling their feud once and for all inside the Hell in a Cell cage. To make sure the bout turns out extra interesting, Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels will be the special guest referee.

If you’re a WWE fan, then you’ll know that everything changes so fast backstage that sometimes a number of superstars don’t make it to the top when they should.
There have been a number of superstars over the years who should have gotten their spot at the top of the company but due to backstage politics and other mishaps, never truly could grasp that “Brass Ring” we hear so much about.
Those superstars however, are in the past, and we should be looking towards the future.
Let’s take a look at 5 Superstars who are just waiting to break out and climb to the top of the WWE mountain.

WWE Hell in a Cell is upon us and, after all the build and fluff, this event should be bringing closure to the two Cell matches. Throughout WWE history, the Hell in a Cell match has been a finale match for many rivalries and the themed pay-per-view has also served as such for the past few years. The downside, however, is that WWE has limited its creativity with a Hell in a Cell pay-per-view taking place at the same time every year. It’s as if WWE has to produce multiple story ending matches to fit the pay-per-view rather than having the stories develop and finish organically.
With that being said, here are our predictions for the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view.

There’s an old saying that says the road to hell is paved with good intentions. With just six days from WWE’s Hell in a Cell pay-per-view was the final stop in Memphis a pothole? Or did it make the drive to Miami all the more fun? Let’s talk about it, shall we?
The show begins with WWE’s power couple Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, who are very loving and all smiles. They run down the events of this Sunday announcing the contract signing for later in the night. They bring up that Shawn Michaels will be on hand in the main event segment. As they continue to do this rundown saying they care about what the fans think The Big Show appears on the video screen standing in front of a non-descriptive brickwall via satellite.

This week was the “go-home” Raw broadcast prior to this weekend’s Hell In A Cell PPV, and again it was a mixed bag. WWE Creative has been all over the place in recent weeks, from dropping the ball with Dolph Ziggler, to even successfully building their new heel faction, The Authority.
At any rate, here are 5 things we learned as we head into the Hell In A Cell PPV:
5. The Authority: In Trouble With Big Show
The corporate heel team of Stephanie and Triple H has come together nicely, and while Steph has been cutting the best promo work of her on-screen career as of late, her pairing with Triple H only makes them that much more diabolical as a pair. Hunter is at his best as a smarmy, slimy, smart-aleck bad guy, and this character is in full effect alongside his wife in recent weeks. But they can...

Welcome to this week’s results and review write-up of WWE’s flagship television show, Raw.
The program begins with Triple H and Stephanie McMahon walking, hand-in-hand, to the ring, kissing one another sporadically and smiling arrogantly as the fans boo and hiss at their performance. I like these guys as heels so much more and am having a lot of fun watching this storyline. They talk in the ring about the upcoming “Hell in a Cell” pay-per view, laying out the match listing and talking about Shawn Michaels and how they “trust him”, before being interrupted by Paul “Big Show” Wight, who is live on the big screen, somehow. Show talks about how he was disrespected by Triple H and Stephanie, he tells Steph to “shut her mouth” and fans cheer. They cut the signal and Triple H introduces the first competitor of the night, Dean Ambrose, but is greeted by Daniel Bryan instead.

First off, let me apologize for no Raw thoughts this week. I haven’t been feeling that well lately. That’s no excuse for not having content up. But I just want to let you know what’s going on.
Raw definitely saw a lot of interesting things. We saw interactions between Randy Orton and Shawn Michaels setting up Hell in a Cell. Punk beat the clock and put himself in a handicap match with Ryback and Paul Heyman in Satan’s structure. Plus, we got great matches from Daniel Bryan and Alberto del Rio and a great tag team title match between the Rhodes family against Rollins and Reigns of the Shield.
The title change this past Monday definitely shook up the landscape of WWE. The tag division is getting focused on once again as the Usos are looking for their shot against the new gatekeepers. Along with that...

Welcome to this mid-October results and review write-up of WWE Raw. Let’s jump right into things, shall we?
Michael Cole, Jerry Lawler and Jbl welcome us to the show, live from St Louis, Missouri, and Shawn Michaels is introduced. He comes to the ring to a loud pop and hasn’t lost a step as “Hbk”. He poses, old school, and takes the microphone. For those who don’t know, Shawn will be the special referee in the main event at “Hell in a Cell” in the cell match between Daniel Bryan and Randy Orton. The “Heartbreak Middle-Aged Man” talks about being the referee, he refers to himself as “H.B.Shizzle” again, silly show-stopper. Shawn talks about his hand in training Daniel Bryan. He “guarantees” that one man will leave the pay-per view as the new WWE champion. Randy Orton comes out, in front of his hometown crowd,...

Coming into this Monday’s Raw, there was a lot of ill will from a lot of fans. After a what felt like a lazy finish surrounding the Big Show coming out of Battleground, WWE had a lot to make up for on this weeks episode. Did they deliver? Let’s talk about it.
The show begins with the woman now announced as “a principal owner” of the WWE Stephanie McMahon making her way to the ring. The better half of the COO says that she understands the frustration on the ending of the pay-per-view. She says that there’s one man to blame for all this, the Big Show. Stephanie calls out the giant and begins verbally abusing him. McMahon brings up his personal and professional pressures but Show doesn’t seem fazed by this at all. We are one day removed from WWE’s Battleground pay per view that went off the air with a no-contest after Big Show knocked out both of the main event performers. This should be interesting, welcome to this week’s Raw review.
The show opens with Stephanie McMahon making her way to the ring. She climbs in and gets a lot of heat from the fans. She talks about how the main event of last night’s show was ruined by Big Show. Stephanie calls the giant out. He obliges. Big Show has a smirk on his face as he walks to the ring. We hear a little “knock her out” chant. Stephanie gets in Show’s face and asks him to explain his actions last night. She calls Show a “pathetic excuse for life” and demands that he take responsibility for his actions at Battleground. "WWE Battleground" is in the books and it left a less than positive impression on those who tuned in. The show ended with a finish that wasn't a finish, as Big Show appeared and knocked out both Randy Orton and Daniel Bryan, meaning there was no winner of the WWE Championship match. So the company is still without a top champion.
Elsewhere on the show, Cm Punk was able to get a measure of revenge on Paul Heyman, by cheating himself to a win over Ryback. However, the best match of the night featured Cody Rhodes and Goldust scoring a win over The Shield to get their jobs back in WWE. Of course, seeing as Triple H and Stephanie McMahon are evil, they'll surely make things difficult for the Rhodes family.

Randy Orton and Daniel Bryan were at each other’s throats, fighting for the championship yet again at WWE Battleground on Oct. 6 when total chaos broke out. So who was the winner? Find out below, along with the rest of the winners (and losers) from WWE Battleground.
WWE Battleground 2013 on Oct. 6 was set to be the next chapter in the Randy Orton-Daniel Bryan rivalry, easily the best in professional wrestling. But all hell broke loose when Big Show busted into the ring, bringing the match to an unexpected — and arguably disappointing — end and putting the Orton-Bryan showdown on “To Be Continued” status. It was a pretty insane night of wrestling, with a bevy of primetime matches. So who won what?

It's time for another pay per view offering from WWE. This time, it's the inaugural "Battleground" show, which is main evented by another match between Randy Orton and Daniel Bryan for the WWE Championship.
Technically this is the third outing between the two, though their bout at "SummerSlam" didn't have any actual fighting. This time there is no current WWE Champion, after Triple H stripped the belt off of Bryan following the shenanigans at "Night of Champions."
The night's other big match is a meeting between Cm Punk and Ryback. It's the latest chapter in Punk's battle with his former best friend Paul Heyman. Ryback cost Punk a match against Heyman at "Night of Champions," leading to this fight. Seeing as Bryan and Orton will likely keep going until "Hell in a Cell," this probably won't be the closing chapter in Punk and Heyman's story.

WWE Battleground takes place tonight and is one of the few times the company has two pay-per-views within a month’s time. It’s unfortunate that the quality of the pay-per-view is compromised due to lack of time, because there is so little build up to this event. Although I am not questioning WWE‘s business move having this event since WWE will probably pull its intended numbers, it’s hard to see Battleground being very good with only 3 weeks of build up and another 3 weeks away from the Hell in a Cell event. The only thing it has going for it is that it’s a brand new pay-per-view and WWE may pull off all the stops to make it a memorable one.
Here are our predictions for the event.

Night of Champions is the one night a year where all the WWE belts are up for grabs or, in this year’s case, every title holder is on the card. Yes, what should happen on every pay-per-view is now marketed as a special night. Outside of the Intercontinental belt, all the titles are on the line tonight and, statistically speaking, there should be a high count of title changes. This will also be the first John Cena-less pay-per-view since Armageddon 2007. Will new stars rise to the occasion to fill that giant void Cena’s injury has created? One could only hope. Here are our predictions for WWE Night of Champions.
United States Champion Dean Ambrose vs. Dolph Ziggler
It’s such a shame that the once red-hot Dolph Ziggler is now back in the mid-title picture. But aside from that, Ambrose and Ziggler in the ring together in...

There’s no doubt there was a lot of outrage on the internet following the conclusion of WWE SummerSlam. There were a lot of questions with Triple H, Randy Orton and Daniel Bryan as Raw rolled into Anaheim. In the city of the Anaheim Angels, was there a devil on the shoulder of The Game? What’s next for John Cena and is Daniel Bryan’s big push over? About a month ago, I asked the question is Daniel Bryan the new Stone Cold Steve Austin? Judging from this weeks episode It definitely seems like that’s the case. While he may not swearing or lewd he seems to be set up to be the main protagonist against the new McMahon-Helmsley regime.
The show begins with John Cena who comes out and explains that he is just as disgusted by the actions of Triple H. Cena says that Bryan deserves to be champion.

In life, sometimes when you chase a dream you have to take a leap of faith. This jump is not without its consequences, gaining you many bruises and scars along the way. But if you put passion and love in everything you do you could transcend anything you thought possible and make an impact in the world. These words personify one of the most iconic wrestlers in the modern era. A guy that is the best-selling author, philanthropist, comedian, world champion and sock puppet aficionado Mick Foley. In the latest WWE DVD release, entitled “For All Mankind: the Life and Career of Mick Foley” they attempt to get a more in-depth look at the man behind the madness. Personally I think it’s much like the subject it follows it’s pretty good.

Watching the WWE’s The Attitude Era release made me realise three things about what many (myself included) still consider to be the finest period in the company's long and (mostly) illustrious history.
The first was that its raw, gritty and at times envelope pushing content was a world away from the sanitised, family friendly fare that the WWE delivers today. Bad language, bad behaviour, (blurred) nudity, borderline sexism and homophobia, and pure unadulterated rebellion were the order of the day in the dying years of the twentieth century, though to be fair the WWE (or WWF as it still was back then) made no attempt to disguise the fact that they were pursuing the male college demographic, even giving their shows a suitable TV-14 rating and warning viewers about the potential content.

Survivor Series is one of WWE’s top pay-per-view’s, along with Wrestlemania, Royal Rumble and Summerslam, and with good reason – it is officially WWE’s second longest running PPV having debuted in 1987 and still conitiuing to be as relevant today as it was then. Survivor Series 2012 marks the 26th annual show of the PPV and was headlined by one of the biggest matches of the year as the WWE’s longest reigning champion, fan-favourite Cm Punk, defended his title in a Triple Threat match against former champion John Cena and man-monster Ryback.
But Survivor Series is not just about the main event. As is tradition, the 2012 event sees not one but Two five-on-five matches – the eponymous “survivor series” matches of the title. First up is a “bonus” 5-on-5 Survivor Series elimination match featuring Team Mysterio (Rey Mysterio, Sin Cara, Brodus Clay, Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd) versus Team Prime Time Players (Tensai,...

If you’ve been a wrestling fan for most of your life, and there are many out there you’ve seen many types of matches and many variations on the same themes of them. Whether you are a fan of the more extreme types of matches like barbed wire matches, exploding ring matches, electrified cages you know they can get pretty extreme. In the WWE there was a time when thy liked to think they were extreme, at some points they even managed this through the work of people like Mick Foley, and one of the most infamous ways the WWE and Foley did this was the “Hell in a Cell” match, which has now had it’s name used for one of the yearly pay per view events like this years Hell in a Cell 2012.

The Undertaker was in attendance last night at a Nashville Predator’s NHL game in Nashville which just so happens to be the location of tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw, setting the rumour mill into overdrive as everyone begins to speculate that ‘Taker will make his WWE return tonight.
The Dead Man hasn’t been involved in WWE storylines since his epic Hell In A Cell battle at last year’s Wrestlemania against Triple H with Shawn Michaels as guest referee. An appearance on Raw would certainly be in keeping with his limited schedule as the build to this years Wrestlemania begins to pick up pace.
Of course this could just be a coincidence and ‘Taker (Mark Callaway) may not appear at all. It has been speculated for months that it would be Cm Punk who would challenge the world famous ‘Streak’ this year but ongoing injury concerns...

After the bell, Darren Ambrose and Roman Reigns attack Kane on the floor and when Daniel Bryan attempts to make the save, Rollins enters the ring and stops him. WWE Champion Cm Punk comes out to the ring with Paul Heyman. Heyman has a copy of the new WWE Encyclopedia and they complain that there isn’t enough content about the WWE Champion included.

Perhaps the best WWE creation of the past two decades, the Hell in a Cell match debuted in 1997. Weighing over two tons and standing 16ft high (the new revised version is 20ft high and weighs 5 tons), the structure dwarfs nearly everything else around it. As the saying goes, men who enter it do not return the same. Careers are altered, lives changed, appearances disfigured. Even if it doesn’t live up to this clichéd hyperbole anymore, there is a still a terror the unforgiving steel brings to superstars like nothing else can.
The formation of the annual Hell In A Cell PPV has unfortunately diminished the entire purpose behind the gimmick, and the PG restrictions have proved detrimental to its barbarity. Nevertheless, the memories of the epic encounters from years gone by shall always remain embedded into our brains.

WWE Hell in a Cell 2012 results from the Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.
The YouTube pre-show kicks off with Michael Cole and John Cena in the ring talking about the Aj Lee controversy and Vickie Guerrero promising to bring evidence to Raw. In a boring and pointless segment, Cena answers the fans social media questions including Cena passing the torch to Ryback, his advice to Ryback for the match, if Cena thinks he can beat Ryback (he puts his name in the hat to be the first challenger if he wins) and says he wants another shot at The Rock.
Final tout message comes from Dolph Ziggler who wants to know the truth about what is going on. Cena asks him to come to the ring, so he does. Ziggler attempts to attack Cena but Cena sends him right back to the floor with a clothesline.
