- 3 friends: Arminas, Froidas and Dariusas lives in Peterborough (the second homeland for Lithuanians) for a while now. Buddies work and celebrate life here. All three friends are very different: Arminas loves to work out and pays attention to his looks, Froidas seeks deeper meaning of existence, Dariusas has two bachelor's degrees and high hopes for his life. Living together made friends even closer and together they seek for a better tomorrow.
Arminas tends to fall in love quickly. He brings home many of "she's the one", competes with his friends and admires himself. Froidas, though has few darker hidden stories in the past, is a really good man in the heart. He works at a chicken factory, but always seeks for deeper meaning in everything and strives to help others. Dariusas feels that he's underpaid so he's constantly seeking for ways to improve and climb the career ladder. He succeeds quite often because of his smarts, but sometimes circumstances mean more than talent.
The life in emigration is interesting and unpredictable. Their sincere effort for a better life often turns into misunderstandings because of cultural differences and English oddities, fights with manager of the factory, policemen, left relatives back home in Lithuania and endless love affairs. Regardless of all the unfortunate and hard days, they still strive to find true happiness abroad.
Everyone can relate to characters of these tv series: either see their emigrated friend, or relative or even themselves. Well-known characters and life situations will make laugh. After all, emigration has touched life of all Lithuanians in one way or the other.
