Hot scientists Matilda West (Ashley Noel, whom you might remember from the awful film "The Telling") exploring a way to make teleportation possible for Hawk (Scifi mainstay Robert Picardo), instead creates a gateway to an alternate reality where she meets an alternate military version of herself whom she inadvertently brings back to this reality.
This episode kind of reminded me of the (now sadly canceled) other Cinemax niche soft ore show "Forbidden Science", but I digress. The storyline of this episode was intriguing even if the end felt a bit rushed. also I'd watch Picardo in pretty much anything
