- Open with a party at the guys' place. Pindar and Megan seem to be getting along well.
Franklin is serving as a judge in small claims court as part of a court order. One of the cases involves the owner of a famous rock club named Dennis Mazzani who is three months late with the rent. The owners are represented by attorney Angela, who wants Dennis off the premises. Despite his affinity for the club, Franklin has to rule in her favor.
Franklin runs into his father Leonard. Their relationship is as cool as ever.
It turns out Pindar's "facilitator," a Dr. Lee, is actually a man named Tony who has just been arrested for impersonating psychotherapists. Pindar and Megan are both furious.
The blogosphere is not happy with Franklin's ruling. Infeld tells the guys a story about hanging out at Mazzani's. Bash tells him "we're going to fix this." Franklin wants to make it up to Dennis.
Infeld and Damien meet with Tony. Infeld thinks it's important that he continue helping people. Infeld feels like he owes it to Pindar to help Tony. Damien doesn't like it, so Infeld says he'll handle the case with Pindar.
Bash talks to Dennis and offers to help him get the club back. Dennis says his dad is tired of what rock has become. Franklin walks in and points out that since Dennis' name is on the lease, he should have been served as well. Eventually Dennis agrees to let them help.
The guys look through the records at Mazzani's. Leonard shows up, telling them he is representing the developer that wants to get rid of the club and convert the area into a mall. He hand them a motion to dismiss their lawsuit and Franklin blows him off.
Before Tony's court appearance it's clear Pindar is still furious with his former "doctor." Infeld tells the jury that Tony is a reformed sinner and a healer.
Carmen goes to see Neal, a sound and lighting guy who recently left Mazzani's. She pretends to be a reporter looking for info on Dennis' father Burt. She points out that his career had taken off the past few weeks. She steals his phone.
Dennis tells Franklin nobody hears from his father, so it's unlikely they'll get him on the stand. Franklin sees Leonard outside the courthouse and tells him he found tons of old Father's Day presents he'd given him, still unopened in the box.
On the stand Tony says his sordid past is what helped make him who is now. On cross he's asked about women he's been involved with since his "redemption." One of the names is Megan's.
Carmen tells the guys about the phone. Two weeks before leaving Mazzani's, Neal meet with the developer Richard Cole. Franklin wonders why Cole is targeting this particular location, when there are better ones available. Neal calls the phone and Carmen agrees to drop it off backstage.
Infeld puts Pindar on the stand. The judge allows it, provided Pindar is removed from the defense team.
Franklin and Bash tells the judge they plan to prove Cole paid off people to sabotage Mazzani's. On the stand Cole points out that if Burt won't defend his own club, why should anybody else care?
On the stand Pindar reluctantly admits that Tony was helpful in him getting over some of his phobias.
The guys find an old vinyl album from a Mazzani's benefit concert. Based on the picture they figure out that Cole was involved in a love triangle with Bert.
The guys bring Dennis to Burt's place and tell him what has been happening with the club. Burt knows Belinda is the reason Cole wants the club, but doesn't seem interested in testifying.
The jury finds Tony guilty on all counts. Afterwards Infeld basically admits that he defending Tony to help Pindar, knowing full well they'd lose.
Franklin calls Burt, who has surprisingly shown up at the courthouse. On the stand Burt begins mumbling, then talks about writing his hit song both for Belinda and his friend Cole. He starts to sing the song and the jury hums along. The lyrics are allowed to stand as his testimony.
Outside the courtroom the guys ask Cole for the club, as well as punitive damages. Cole agrees to give them the club, saying he's found another location.
Megan apologizes to Pindar. She says she was also betrayed by Tony and gives him a big kiss. He has some trouble with the contact but seems to be progressing.
