In the Judge Chambers scene the city seen through the windows on both occasions is not Worcester, Massachusetts it is Potsdamer Platz square in Berlin, Germany. On the first occasion it's Potsdamer Platz present day where Riencar Scientific is based and in the second occasion it's the same area pre- World War II in reference to the primary memory evidence that's tied to Nazi Germany.
The law degrees on the wall in the Judge Chambers scene are the real life law degrees of Jeff Merriam, a lawyer, who acted as legal advisor for the production. The law books on the shelves were the actual complete set of Massachusetts General Laws Annotated and were loaned to the production by Barry Bachrach, director Mark Lund's lawyer, who also advised the production.
Thomas DaSilva, who played the "runner" on the left in the primary memory evidence scene, also scored the entire short film while also serving as a production assistant on set.
