I love The Real Housewives. It's 100% a guilty pleasure I've learned to no longer feel guilty for enjoying - the luxurious lifestyle of these vapid and petty women was (for the most part) something I could simultaneously laugh at and envy over. The entertainment value was palpable in this household.
However, the past episode was when the usual entertaining petty jabs became dark and malicious beyond the point of pleasure viewing.
The demoralizing attitude of Erika and Diana toward Sutton was vicious beyond the point of bullying; it became harassment. What added to the harshness of the episode was how most of the women refused to deflect the nasty attacks and slurs from such a heartless coworker/friend.
I have NEVER felt more uncomfortable watching this series, besides the abuse/suicide scandal from season 2. These people need to do better or hold others accountable when their friends refuse to be as such. Wow.
