- Some female nudity on a show on the tv in the main character's house. A woman's bare buttocks and breasts are shown on the tv in the main character's living room multiple times
- In parts of the movies that are shown on the tv the main house, full frontal female nudity can be seen. Breasts and vagina are present

- Players attack enemies using guns and knives as well as on the environment. A lot of the player's victims are people, and are killed in graphic ways. Large blood splatter effects occur during these sequences, usually as a result of enemies getting dismembered or decapitated.
- Players have a choice to shoot a kid alien who keeps taunting the player to shoot him. The gun won't let you, until you keep pressing, and it'll shoot the kid
- One finishing move involves you pulling a testacul out of a aliens head, blood is seen

- The game's language is strong and pervasive: f**k and s**t are used constantly, as well as some offensive terms such as "Jesus Christ", "cum", and "tough t*tties".
- Many uses of profanities such as "f--k", "sh-t", "bitch", "d--k", "p---y", "prick", "damn", "c--ks--ker", multiple sexual references and sexual language and two uses of strong language "c---".

- Drug use is the core theme of this game. The player character's sister smokes, does cocaine, and also consumes alcohol. On a side note, she also mentions about a friend getting a DUI. One mission involves the player going to Applebee's, and they are offered the option to buy a cocktail, though the player cannot drink it.

- Four full-length (real-life, not animated) movies can be unlocked in the game. Three contain female nudity; two of the three contain full frontal female nudity.
- A boss in the game will give you an achievement for spending numerous hours in a strip club to humiliate you.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
- The whole focus on the game is to stop an alien drug cartel that wants to get high on humanity. An orange alien does this at the beginning of the game.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Players can shoot a alien kid. Later it is revealed that it's a 30-year-old man. The whole scene is meant to be played for laughs
