I was beginning to worry. Those first two episodes following that wonderful winter finale, were kind of dull. « What's the good of being good », however was another good episode, filled with exciting moments. It brought closure to the Alejandro/Ramon's murder storyline, and marked the beginning of Bree's wild phase. I really love how she's the reincarnation of Kimberly Shaw, there. It makes her character far more entertaining, and give Marcia Cross a chance at playing someone who's unhinged. Which she's great at, by the way. Her sexy walk out of the parish, was everything, and her strawberry tart looked delicious. I also liked how Karen and the reverend tried to reach out to her, it was nice. The way everything come together, when Gabby is finally given the opportunity to share her trauma, was very rewarding. And made me understand the point of this storyline. Been a fan of Justina Machado, since I first saw her on Six Feet Under, and the actress who played her daughter, was ok too. And more importantly, it's the first time, Susan turned one of her screw ups into something good. I guess Lynette was the comic relief of the episode, after another deception with Tom. And I always love seeing Felicity Huffman in more comedic scenes, especially the one at the restaurant, with Patrick Fabian (another « regular » of mine). Renee gets her own storyline, and a bad haircut (how good it was to laugh about certain things, without being called names) and I'm glad I was right about Ben. He clearly wasn't the right guy for her, and not a good character either. Only now I recall we're getting closer to a part I hated...
