Rat-Man is a fictional recession hero (or depression, depending on how you view the US economy these days) in the SAG New Media TV show "Rat-Man: The Series" (2011). He has some small problems, a large number of bill collectors, and not a lot of money. What he does have is a lot of attitude, the ability to fight, and the desire to make ends meet by fighting crime. He also might have a small drinking problem. To this end, he is resolved to charge money each time that he fights crime. Hence the reason for his motto "Justice for a Price".
Hey! It's a s-e-c-r-e-t identity!
The part of Rat-Man, however, is played by actor, voice actor, and stand up comic Robert Burton. Given the fact that he wears a helmet and yet is somehow still able to get some of the the more subtle emotional points across with no visible facial expressions, I'd say he's pretty good at it :)
