Another of those shows that jumped on The Broadchurch bandwagon, but whereas that captivated you, and drew you in, this keeps you at any arm's length.
It tries, it just tries a little too hard, none of them feel like real people, they're all too over the top, too suspicious, it's a bit absurd that not one of them is anywhere near normal.
The plus points here, the atmosphere and the visuals, it definitely has a creepy vibe, it looks smashing too, if my review were solely based in those two factors, it would score highly, unfortunately you can't overlook the characters, and the agonising pace.
