Just a fan movie where the plot makes no sense and doesn't go anywhere.
We have Alice and Jill in separate areas killing zombies and...... I guess stopping Umbrella, I dunno.
It's just Alice (dressed in her outfit from the third movie and she looks really silly. She looks like she's going to a fancy dress party) outside an apartment building running about the place shooting zombies and Jill (dressed in her outfit from the first game, I guess the actress didn't want to wear that sexy outfit from the third game and second movie) in a basement shooting zombies.
And that's just about it.
Complete with CGI muzzle flashes and blood spurting, along with Marilyn Manson's score from the first film used over and over.
Also the movie is called "Resident Evil: Underground" even though Alice is upstairs the whole time.
It's just a laughable fan made movie and you feel embarrassed for the people involved with it.
