It really is non-stop, continually chaotic, and unforgiving TV. There are laugh out loud moments and almost slapstick stupidity. I love it, but I can't watch more than a few episodes in one sitting. It's that bonkers.
Lee Mack has a cameo, and throughout has a slightly surprised WTF demeanour. He delivers a great contribution to the episode, but it seems like no one told him in advance how daft things were going to get.
Dominic West's character makes a less pervy than usual appearance, but one of singular importance to Lee Mack's character.
The entire cast looks like they are about to burst out laughing, even in the quiet moments. And this carries you along in a hilarious episode of stupidity. I'd like to call is proper grown-up comedy, but it's not. Funny, yes, grown-up, far from it.
