The match between The Dudley Boys (Buh Buh Ray Dudley (Mark LoMonaco) and D-Von Dudley (Devon Hughes)) (w/Sign Guy Dudley (Lou D'angeli) and Big Dick Dudley (Alex Rizzo), who was in a wheelchair) and The Pitbulls (#1 (Gary Wolf) and #2 (Anthony Durante)) (w/Francine (Francine Fournier)) was Hughes' ECW Arena debut. At ECW's March 29, 1996 event at Bodyslams Arena in Reading, PA, ECW World Tag Team Champions The Eliminators (Perry Saturn and John Kronus) had defeated A-Train (Hughes) and El Puerto Ricano (Pablo Marquez). Hughes had made his surprise debut in the D-Von gimmick at "ECW Massacre On Queens Boulevard" on April 13th.
The Taz (Peter Senerchia) (w/Bill Alfonso)-Devon Storm (Chris Ford) match, which Taz won, was Storm's surprise ECW debut.
Before the ECW World Heavyweight Champion Raven (Scott Levy) (w/Stevie Richards (Michael Manna), The Blue Meanie (Brian Heffron) and Kimona Wanalaya (Kristina Laum))-Shane Douglas main event, Douglas told Tommy Dreamer that Beulah McGillicutty (Trisa Hayes) was cheating on him and that she was never "pregnant." (In January, Beulah had claimed that she was "pregnant" with Tommy's "baby", marking her face turn after nine months as Raven's "girlfriend.") Dreamer asked, "Who is he?" Shane said, "It's not a 'he', Tommy Dreamer." Then Kimona took the mic and announced, "It's me!" Kimona and Beulah then kissed, until Dreamer pulled them apart. Dreamer then proclaimed, "I'll take them both, I'm hardcore!", and he, Beulah and Kimona engaged in a three-way kiss, shocking Shane. Although Kimona remained a face for the rest of her abbreviated ECW run, the lesbian angle was dropped due to Beulah objecting backstage to having to portray a lesbian.
