Watch it and you'll never regret. The acting, action and drama just killed it.

This time they touched every Indian's breathe and that's cricket. Binge watched all six episodes. And I bet you will too binge watch it too.

It's better and will added to my most favorite list with Yeh meri family, pitchers and tripling.

Not have more to say as anything I'll say will be a spoiler and I don't wanna ruin your moment.

A ragtag group of cricketers and cricket enthusiasts come together overcoming personal odds and help each other to give a clear shot at winning the local tennis ball cricket tournament.

Engaging series

If you are cricket and tvf fan...you will surely going to love this series..it has emotions, twist and entertainment..shivakant has done great job along with others..good writing, interesting characters..you are all going to miss your childhood days when you watch this series.

Tvf has very good writing team..who is able to research a lot for the content and eventually comes up with great content..character like Arshad, ausie, Rajesh bhaiya you are going love..as it ends gives you a smile on your face ..and i am waiting for second season..where we can see more characters and depth in characters ..

Fantastic characterization. Unexpected climax. Great story. Great acting especially from Shivankit. Brother hits out of the park with his dedication he has shown to play this character by learning proper cricket. Lot of things are touched through this series. A lot can be learn. Story telling is a art which tvf has mastered I guess. Other actors have supported equally well. Lot of talent is hidden. But ott is exposing it which is great. How beautifully different topics are touched. I mean mind blowing screen play, direction. Raw talent seen in this series. TVF nevers disappoints. You will thoroughly enjoy and I think you may complete it in one go.

Every cricket fan should watch this show.

From first scene you'll connect with all the characters.

Acting, direction, cinematography, music, editing every thing is on point.

Shivankit is awesome as an actor & writer.

Every boundary, every wicket, every twist all are on point.

I must say that team has done a great job and i enjoyed every moment of the show. Never felt like it is slowing down.

The characters know what they are doing. You start believing that they are real cricketers.

But the most important aspect is their life and what we stand for as a human being.

You don't know who is right and who is wrong when the writers and the screenplay lives the moment which looks so real.

Another great delivery from TVF

Very entertaining, engaging series. Loved all the characters, everyone did justice to their role. One major letdown however was the commentator in every game - that voice and his dialog delivery is awfully irritating. Watched most of those sequence on mute lol.

The series otherwise is pretty spot on, has suspense, and keeps you engaged until last moment. I liked that every character has their own story and their own journey, and their stories are carefully knitted in the whole drama, nothing less nothing more..just what's needed for audiences to relate to them. Would love to watch more of such gems from tvf.

Utterly entertaining

Tvf as we all know is known to create some of the best web shows ever made in India. This creation of TVF is something new and fresh. They've come up with a different kind of storyline this time. Most of the times they show the stories of students and all but this time they went to the roots and made a series about a topic everyone in India can connect to.

Let me write the good and bad points of the series, and I'm not gonna write whether you should watch this series or not. It's a no brainer If you love cricket and obviously you do, and if you love good shows, there's nothing the world that should stop you from watching this series.

Good Points :

The makers know how to take out a good performance out of every actor, and can't praise shivankit enough for his character. I'm his fan and I solely watched this series for him and badri. At a point I didn't saw shivankit on the screen, I was just seeing an arrogant, selfish and egoistic boy Nikku on the screen, at a point when something bad happens with nikku it gave me happiness despite being a fan of shivankit, and that my friends is called performance. Shivankit totally carries the whole show on his shoulders.

Storyline is good, there are some filler episodes yet the story continues and has its pace. It makes you sit till the end and doesn't bore you by any means.

There are so many characters in the show which are managed amazingly, the writers made sure that noone is left behind and everyone is given equal screen presence in the show.

Writing as usual is amazing.

Bad points - there's a little thing which I thought could've been better in the series. The writers being so many actors introduced so many characters in the series, and then they tried to gave subplots to all of them. But being a series they can't give closures to each and every character present in the series and due to which many characters feel like important in some episode and they're sidelined in the other due to improper closure of their characters. This was the only thing which I thought could've been improved in the series.

Otherwise the series is amazing, it's a perfect blend of entertainment, drama, and great many life lessons.

Sixer

Sixer is a drama sport show directed by chaitanya kumbhakonum.

Shivankit singh parihar is a pretty fierce actor. He does possess a strong dialogue delivery and subtle change of expressions. Badri chavan as the sweet, lovable boy shines again in his role. The rest of the cast is solid.

The screenplay is tight and engaging. The commentary in the cricket scenes are forgettable and really irritating. That tone was really ear-bleeding. The familial and other sub-plots come off good. The cricket scenes are genuine. But only shivankit has been shown olaying. Other characters were not focused on that much.

You should definitely watch this show because its TVF!! I rate it 8.5 out of 10.

This is the first time I realised how it feels when a web series or movie stereotypes your region , language etc . The same happened with Kaksha Gyarvi and I dint watch it .

Anyways , let's come back to the main point . The whole series is good . Watchble or one time watch . TVFish factor was missing . The new genre actor like Shubhankit and Badri are doing really good .

But , tumne jo Gel - Choda , Bhootnika ,Gelpat Gyaras commentator rakh rakha hai na Bhiya , iccha to apni aisi ho ri thi ki usko do Lapad - Jhannat Repte Rasid Kar Du .

Commentator was so irritating and off the track .

TVF does it again what it does the best

TVF again proves it why it's one of best in the market in regards to tv shows. They rely more on stories that relatable and again sixer can be added into the same arena. Follow story of nikku who is self centred who loves cricket.

Coming to the review initially till the 4 episode mark i kind of had mixed feelings about the show as the main character is kind of grayish and you kind of not wanna root for him but even though it's engaging in parts. But with the final act the series just hits it out of the park just like its title and gives you an heart warming feeling at the end exactly that you expect from a TVF Series.. My nitpickings would be initial writing and too much brand integration 😅.

At the end it's an excellent tvf product.

Okay show with few irritating things

Nice start and plot but could have been more interesting. I liked the first two episodes a lot until the third one started with the first match of tournament. With this episode enters the most irritating thing I have seen or heard in a long while - the commentator. Everything about him was so gaudy and loud that it was impossible to ignore him. This once started continued till the last episode and man I was just pissed. Also the umpire was not funny but irritating. TvF team was probably trying to add the hocus pocus of local tournaments through such characters but they were way off. They were more irritating than entertaining, I watched most of the matches on mute. Expect better from TVF otherwise a good series.

TVF never failed us

I love the content TVF makes and I love it a lot. I have watched SIXER two times now can't wait for the next episode.

Please keep making more awesome content like this. Bachelor's, Triplings, Pitchers, Sixer & what not you guys are just really really pro's at making amazing series and touching people's heart.

This time you have made such an amazing storyline about gully cricket that has captured every Desi cricket fan's attention and by desi I mean Indian , Pakistani, Bangladeshi.. basically every brown cricket fan.

I am not at all a cricket fan, I don't watch cricket matches and all but still I loved this one.

Thank you TVF for taking care of our entertainment.

Didn't like it

Shivankit is such a versatile actor, yet his villainic role was something I didn't like to watch. He should be portrayed as more of a hero 'coz he totally deserves it! The spice was also a little missing, and the show could have gone a little more into the techincalities of the sport, since you can't be expecting your captain on the field in a difficult situation to be giving philosophical lectures to the bowlers or players. The character of Aussie was also not properly portrayed on the field since he had no role on the pitch whatsoever. Also, why somebody would be supporting Australia to the extent that he has to wear an Aussie tee all the while was something beyond me.

Worst experience from TVF

TVF trying to deliver a content which can connect to the local gali cricket. But unfortunately this time they fail. The story line is not justified. There is no need for some character which forcefully introduced in the story.

No clear story line is depicted in any episode. The frustration reach to the highest when commentator comes in the picture. The most irritating commentator clubbed with the frustrating umpire. Never experienced this type of torture voice commentary. No sense of umpiring, neither it is funny nor entertaining.

Hope TVF will look into this for their future projects and will not release this type of non meaningful work.

Another Masterpiece from TVF

Heart touching story. Perfect package of entertainment, emotion, comedy. All actors gave their best. Binged watched it.

Watch it, you won't regret.

If you are a cricket fan then this show is for you. Every episode tells a new story keeping the main story line continued.

Every character gave its own flavor to become memorable. Relations were explored very deeply. Bond between father-son, friends were showcased in a very well-mannered way. Hope to see them again very soon..... TVF once again prove that they are the best at making web series that people can relate to. Eagerly waiting for season 2.

One The Most Favourite My Web-Series....

One of my most popular web-series which I really enjoyed.

Every ball, every boundary, and every moment provides different fun especially Rajesh Bhaiyya's last minute act was fun Boss, Nikku's strong batting style, how the environment with family teaches life lessons and this one is full of entertainment for cricket lovers.

A big bang in a small packet, don't miss it....

The writing is rated TVF

TVF knows how to get to our nerves. I have just seen the S1E1. Thats all. Its 1am, and was going to crash out. Saw this on the top of my YouTube recommendation. And did the mistake of watching the whole thing. Now I can't sleep.

Storytelling of TVF is so incredible, I can't even take my eyes off the screen for a minute. Engagement of diff level. No wonder these guys are such darlings of the masses.

About Shivankit, that man is special. Saw an interview of Naveen Kasturia, where he said Shivankit is one of the best actors TVF has. The intensity he brings whether he is the funny reporter Raja Rabish Kumar, or Aspirant Guri, or even the intense shayar in Zakir Khan's Farzi Mushaira, the man brings so much intensity to his characters. But in reality, he is such a soft spoken, and humble human being. (I met with him a week ago at Pitchers S2 premiere, so I can say).

The setting is so real and relatable. All of us from mid-small towns in India, can see their younger self in these scenes.

This is again a gem from TVF. Must watch. Better story and mind blowing acting of all co-stars.

Everything of this show is entertaining.

Go for it... TVF se aur expectations badhti ja rhi hai.... Shivankit bhai is so much of a boy next door who knows how to be someone and act like them. This time he proved his acting skills morethan any other show. We csn see his anger, compassion and carefree look. Badri bhai is also a sprinkled salt and spice of this show without whom we cannot expect entertainment.

Now you have raised our bars of expectation for you Nikku Bhiiya.

"THoda aur episodes ban sakta hai"........ Full drama and entertainer... Love you TVF...

Outta the park

TVF has a way to play with your heart strings with the most docile characters and without the need for any flamboyant drama. This series too has a slice of life plot with its foundation hinged squarely at importance of sportsmanship. It addresses various topics like gender equality, narcissism, complying with the norm, repressed emotions, political clout etc.

At its core are a motley bunch who somehow stitch together a cricket team for playing in a third rung tennis ball tournament organised by the local politician/goon. They are rank underdogs and have one star player who manages to eke them out of loosing positions.

Here the conundrum is that even the star realises that his talent has minimal real world meaning to a cricket crazed nation. He plays tennis ball cricket with mediocre prize money as income and on the other hand a player selected for India is accounting for his ad revenues in crores. However his male ego plays the devil and he considers his own interests above that of the team. To which, the captain swiftly shows him the door. There are others in the team who are fighting their own inner demons - a late 30's guy who conformed to the norms set by society, now breaks shackles to live his dream of playing cricket and this is an emotional relatable moment.

The star realises his ignominy and also its rationale and has a change of heart. He refuses to bend to the politician, mends relationships with his family and friends and is now batting for his team in the tournament's finale with gusto as if it is his last hurrah.

The series ends on a sombre note with hints of green off shoots. The star is now a changed humble man and has sights set out for the stars.

I loved the series - have deducted one star - pardon my ignorance but does the commentator need to be so irritating and blunt.

This time as usual TVF never ever displease us with thier content and writing.

YES..!! Sixer is a combination of various emotions like friendship, sportmanship, success, failures, family relationships etc... The depiction of Nikku (Shivankit) as a destroyer in the series is amazing. Supporting roles of Aussie, Nagu bhai is at next level.

For a cricket fan who did not followed his passion (Whatever reason) - There is one character name Rajesh kumar, ALL of your memories of REAL LIFE will come in REEL life in this series.

EXCEPT that irritating commentator of the tournament, ALL have done a splendid job. Only because of this i deduct 1 STAR. Else its a 10/10 series!!!

Not expected ending

I was very happy when I saw previous episodes of this series..I don't know whether makers will be seeing my review or not..A thing I want to say..."kabhi kabhi jeetna bhi bhut jaruri hota hai".. I never expected such kind of ending of this series..I know TVF always did a great work , but this time I am not happy to see this...Hope this will be correct in future. And TVF team is doing great work.. sometimes there content was much better as compare with other their competitors.

I want to mention some call-out for Nikku, Aussie, Rakesh and last gooli..they guys done great job.

Now I am eagerly waiting for their second season.

Poore Vijaynagar me na Nikku ko out karne wala paida nahi hua

TVF has nailed this sport drama. They have hit it out of the park.

Actors, Music, Screenplay, Dialogues everything is so organic and has an Indori flavour that makes the series thoroughly enjoyable.

I'm obsessed with Sixer now, watching one or the other episode everyday.

BGM should get a special mention.. Every Goddamn scene is 100% elevated by the BGM. Especially Nikku's entry into Vijaynagar team scene is so classic.

Every character is so well written and gets their fair share to shine. Everybody did well and did not let the writing down.

"Yehh Aa gaya Mera destroyer!!" looks a very basic dialogue, But when put in the scene, delivered by Nagu bhaiyya for Nikku (entering from the dark) and BGM playing compliments the scene so much that you can feel the commanding Attitude of Nikku.

Series is full of such scenes, u will remember the characters for a good amount of time.

Just 1 thing could have been better: Gargi's character is great, except she needed to improve her fielding. She looks so lame while fielding. Other than that she too hits it out of the park with her performance.

Binge Watch for sure.

TVF went for a sixer but were caught on the boundary

TVF is well known for their productions for uniqueness ,logics ,emotions but in this series they failed to offer you anything like these..

The story is about tennis ball cricket tournament in indore Madhya Pradesh between the different areas of the city..

The series went out for six episodes without any great performances, stars , content ,emotions and humour..

Shivankit was usual with his aggressive type of acts...the aussie character was good to see and was played well

The language was very cheap with abuses or else kids would had enjoyed it.

TVF can never disappoint you

Range of the story is broad and really convincing in all aspects that is the reason length of episodes are long but you won't feel it once you start watching it.

Cast for all roles are apt.

It is not more about cricket but keeping cricket in centre stage the story is narrated.

Beautifully done, i can bet if you see the first episode you won't wait for rest episodes.

Extraordinary storytelling by TVF team

Must watch series. Story of any small city young boys/girls groups, story of any middle class family, story of sudden success and arrogance of new comer cricketer, story of a city which compared with Mumbai , story of togetherness in fight, story of unconditional friendship, story of average boy/girl faces in small cities for achieving something, for some it is pride, for some it is money for some it is just proving that he is greatest fan of Australia cricket team.

So basically this series is great example of story telling and it is an art to tell or show an average story in an extraordinary way.

10/10 marks to each and every department of this series.

This story is very different from all story related to cricket movies. U will find different level of entertainment. You can relate u life with every moment of the story. Cast direction, story, plot, twist and bgm all are beyond and far better than most of the top rated bollywood movies. U must watch it. U will never going to regret. Tvf is the only platform on YouTube which never deliver any useless content. There all content are great and very entertaining. I m huge fan of there whole concept and work. They always bring something interesting, new, innovative and much relative to our life. God bless them.
