It continues to be addictive.

The Ghosts develop an interest in podcasts, Sam suggests that a story about Alberta's death would be a bit, the trouble is Todd has to be involved. Hetty is irritated by the damaged washing machine, but learns to live with it.

I am so glad that this show is back on the box, and it's another fine episode, bags of fun, and wonderful to see Alberta centre stage once again, this was a nice follow up to Alberta's fan.

What I loved so much about this episode, is that we get to see way more of the brilliant talent of Danielle Pinnock, and she doesn't disappoint, seeing her singing on that stage, wonderful. Good to see Todd back, even if he was a little more toned down.

Hetty's fascination and subsequent adoration of the washing machine was so funny. Just loving Hetty.

The whole women can so that too moment was well meaning, but it was a super cringey scene.

8/10.

Warning: Spoilers
This was a fun little show in its first season that, yes, was broadcast on CBS, but didn't always feel like the kind of show that would be on CBS. But the charm appears to be gone now as we got an episode that was about as by the book as you can imagine and minimalized its female characters to some of the most glaring tropes you could ever imagine.

I did chuckle a few times, but this is an episode that should have been thrown out in the writer's room. I like them digging deep in the backstories of the ghosts, but I do not want it done at the expense of actually telling a good story in the episode.
