When I think of a movie, I would call this a horror and not a thriller since the ending doesn't actually clear anything up. My head hurts trying to think wrap my mind around what I've just seen. It was potentially a great movie. I somewhat enjoyed it but at the same time I wanted to stop watching it when it came to certain scenes that just screamed out that they weren't real life but I needed the resolution in the end which did not actually come. There would be a scene where I would just ask myself where it was going and I was only on the edge of my seat because I wanted to know what was going on. Other times I was on the edge of my seat because it was actually pretty good. I'm sorry if my review doesn't make complete sense, my mind is still tumbling around my head because of this movie.

This movie has an incoherent plot that has you questioning every single scene as to what is actually going on or what the point of any of it is. This movie has certain scenes that drag on for so long with no sense of purpose. This movie explains all the ridiculousness and nonsensical stuff by showing that it was all just an imagination or dream when he was knocked out during an accident. I'm convinced all these 10 star ratings are from family/friends because no one in their right mind that watched this would rate it that. By deception is an accurate title because it was by deception of the ratings that I decided to watch this movie.

So we just seen this with my friends and we were all on the edge of our seats. I'm impressed! Lots of popular faces in this film so they did a good job with the right casting and unlike many other films this one didn't drag out to the end. Lots of good plot twists and surprises. Well edited and quality cinematography. It's a great weekend movie to watch if your into the thriller genre. I hope thriller films like this get the recognition they deserve and even if your not into this genre it's totally worth the watch purely for the entertainment. I' giving this a 8! One of the better thriller movies I've seen this year.
