Extra-marital affairs are nothing new in films. But with Njanum Ente Familiyum, the makers have succeeded in telling a good tale, but was the execution all right?
Jayaram & Mamata Mohandas are good, supporting cast is fine. The plot is mainly told in 2 parts: the first wife & second wife and how the lead character tries to manage off the unwanted one. Simply put, his life starts to capsize with a violent end.
Music & direction are fine. Cinematography is good. The whole experience is a calm one where viewers may retreat due to the graveness of the climax.
BOTTOM LINE: Nothing new, but considerable! Faintly recommended!
