Something worth watching for those that loved the Ts and TSCC

It stands to reason that a sci-fi series that involves time-travel has to have a method of transportation to the past. When the words 'vortex of time' are mentioned, I think 'WTH' has the writer been reading my fanfiction. I wish they would not use the name Cameron for the lead character, for obvious reasons. Alphas have already had s scene where their male Cameron pushes a trolley down a supermarket alley and we have a view of the squeaking wheel as he stops at the big green melon section. It's not funny guys. Having got that out of the way, I only have to mention that I also wrote in my fanfiction about using my cyborg's eyes to view herself in the mirror and play it back to many viewers. Is the writer of this series stealing these ideas from me? Have a look for yourself, see the date it was uploaded, then go right to the end (before 'in the next episode') and read the last ten paragraphs, it is a view through the cyborg's eyes. fanfiction.net/s/6350538/16/John-Connors-awesome-responsibilities Despite all this, I quite like this series so far and will definitely wait a whole week to watch the next. In the meantime I will watch ep.1 again just so that I don't miss anything. It is a pretty good series with some good ideas for gadgets and electrical devices. This Cameron, I assume is as human as us but has a chip implanted in to her brain and a camera in her eyes to make her much more efficient at her job. Have I missed anything? reply to @KevinInScotland

Sounds like an interesting show that I would binge watch. So I came here to read about it and I always like trivia, when accurate, but...This is actually a response about the trivia posted on IMDB and if I knew how to fix that I would post there, because it's driving me up the wall that the trivia says that two blue eyed parents can't have a baby with brown eyes! I learned this in high school science over 30 years ago! And a quick search on the internet will also teach you, scientifically, exactly how and why two blue eyed parents can and do have brown eyed children. Not only is that piece of trivia uneducated, it is irresponsible, reckless, and damaging to the human race and intellect. Please do research before you make a blanket "Factual Error" statement. Sheesh what are people learning in high school these days?!?

What if the Terminator was the Good Guy?

Finally, a show that actually is set in contemporary Vancouver. The writing could be better, and the direction, but for a premiere episode, especially with that inevitable "Vancouver" feel, it's pretty decent. Music cues are reliably predictable, which will hopefully tighten up as the season gets its legs. Having the kid be the interpreter and connector to the future feels a bit like a Gibsonesque Galaxy Quest touch, and making X-Files mystery guy, Cigarette Smoking Man, as the older character, is a nice touch. I wonder if this influenced West World's Stranger in Black character, played in latter years by Ed Harris and as a younger man by Jimmi Simpson.
