I think that if there was another person besides JJ Yosh in this movie it may have a 5 rating. He is extremely egotistical and controlling in this movie. Whether he is like that in person the portrayal in this film is that. I had to force myself to watch this because I was hoping it would get better. The beginning where they are broke and in south america was irritating because it just showed poor planning. I care less of the groups inability to work as a team and get this rolling.
Regardless, if you need to fall asleep after a bout of insomnia....this is a great movie to watch! Making the cup half full!!!

A riveting and adventure based film that takes the viewer on a journey!

Ancient Tomorrow raised much needed questions as to how our past can possibly save or improve the future of our environment. The filmmakers did a profound job of answering age old questions and creating new ones in the process. Going on a journey throughout Bolivia and other locations, several facts about our ancient past were unveiled. Perhaps uncovering more about our ancient history is the key to protecting our future; however the film made me curious for more. I am hoping to learn more in a part two! Another element of the film that was well done included the humanization of the journey to uncover these unknown secrets and the cast's personal challenges throughout the film. The movie goes to show that nothing can be accomplished without hard work and perseverance. Taking me along for the adventure, this epic film was both captivating and revealing!
