A Muscle Man centered episode. It's refreshing to see an episode not based around Mordecai and Rigby every so often, even if they're not that amazing.

Even when I like a lot "Regular Show" I don't like very much the episodes from this series which are centered about Muscle Man (My least favorite character, which sadly is receiving too much screen time recently) "Fancy Restaurant", like most of the episodes focused on Muscle Man, is mostly a forgettable episode. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything great either.
The most notorious thing about this episode is the return of Starla ( Muscle Man's girlfriend) to the series. We also have the chance to meet her parents, but they seem to be flat characters, having apparently the same personality than Muscle Man. It was also nice to see Mordecai and Rigby helping Muscle Man, which in my opinion was a sign of character development.
"Fancy Restaurant" was moderately entertaining and did a good use of a familiar plot (One unsophisticated character pretending to be more refined in order to cause a good impression on others) but is far from the best level that "Regular Show" could have.
