So very tired of Nolan's rookie
jeffbarnyard9 November 2022
I would have rated this episode an 8 or 9 except for the idiotic idiosyncrasies of Nolan' rookie. She's not a very good actress to begin with, but then add the aspect of her inane beliefs and it's simply stupid.

Quirky is both funny & entertaining; stupid is not.

The rest of the episode includes the normal panorama of excellent characters, some exciting, yet short-lived action sequences and appropriate conedy relief.

The ongoing tension between Wesley and Elijah ramps up some more with interesting twists and turns.

Aaron Thorsen has some great screen time with intriguing involvement with an impressionable youth and impresses as always.

All in all a good episode, but the focus on rookie Celina, once again, is terribly disappointing at best.

More Tabin Cordon Please!!
SourCandyOrNoCandy7 November 2022
This was such a good episode! I really enjoyed seeing Chen undercover. She's so good at the specific type of character she seems to always has to play.

On the other hand, I don't like how Tabin's storyline ended. I hope we see more of him and that things turn around for the better. It doesn't have to be as big as the Lucy-Tamara storyline, but I'd really appreciate if he and Thorsen make up and have some kind of relationship. I like that duo. He's such an interesting character.

Like last week, I'm loving the Bradford-Thorsen duo. I'm a massive Chenford stan, but I don't miss them riding together at all. I prefer seeing Chen work with Lopez and Harper.

Best parts of the episode?

  • Lucy being undercover, of course.

  • For some strange reason, I like Elijah Stone (not as a person, but I love his character), so I loved the press conference scene. It was so funny.

Worst part of the episode?

  • The wrap-up of the Thorsen-Tabin storyline. That ended in a way I didn't at all imagine. I hope they find a way to turn things around in future episodes (granted that he's not a one-episode character). He and Thorsen have great platonic chemistry and I want to see more of it for sure!

Good!

Warning: Spoilers
I liked this episode, even when I was very sad about Wrasley accepting Elijah Stone terms. I think he shouldn't have accepted it, but still, narratively, it is interesting. It will be good to see how this continues because I do not think this is over.

I also liked the story of Chen going undercover and the girl gang. I think it was well done with all the characters having believable behaviors.

I did not like that Juarez silly energy things have apparently infected Bailey, but I still think she and Nolan are cute together. The actual ending of the episode made me sad too, as I too care for my childhood mementos.

I just wanna say that I love this serie, we been watching it every weekend now since we saw the first episode by mistake. It's been an awesome show, every season has been a thrill and joy to watch!

I'm actually surprised it lasted this long with such a good content and episodes. But yeah this Elijah, Monica and Nolans rookie being a psychic... No thanks. I get it that you need a master mind criminal in a show like this BUT seriously making him apologize in public on TV like that haha that's worse then actual law court in the states. Sure he gets away with everything , from a solid case to nothing because Monica said a few words and everyone was like "ooh sht we have no case " the fact Monica being a ex to wes and as Elijah's lawyer...

Bailey... Sorry you're cute but no chemistry between you and Nolan and poor acting...

Juarez is probably the most annoying character in this show so far, can't stand to see her at all.

It's starting to grow more and more into one of those bad drama series with bad writing and end of ideas to new episodes... A show should end while it's good sadly.

That's to much to stand , sorry Nolan we love you! XD Thanks for a great show and good bye.
