Perhaps this documentary just appeals to my confirmation bias, but I think anybody who cares about their health and the health of their family members should watch this before blindly trusting the recommendation of their doctor and the FDA when it comes to the consumption of prescription medications. The pharmaceutical industry is just another glaring example of how the United States is sacrificing long term health for quick (huge) money. We are all responsible for what we put into our bodies, and we have a responsibility to be aware of how drugs get to market.
