When getting onto the party boat, Emma is wearing high heeled clog type shoes, but she is stranded with a pair of sandals.

When Emma makes the "SOS" in the sand, look carefully below the word during the aerial view. A line in the sand is clearly visible. A line that follows the exact path that Emma will drag the stick through 30 seconds later, implying that this was not the first time she dragged the stick through the sand. In fact, according to the view, she dragged it before we even see her do it.
As they are signaling the helicopter, there are tree branches between the kids and the helo, yet when the view from the helo is shown, the kids are out in the open.
The characters are stranded on an island off the coast of Trinidad and encounter a panther. However, panthers cannot be found on any of the Caribbean isles.
When Barbara and Phil Robinson, and Jack McMullen are waiting in the airport for their flight to go find Emma and Dean, the voice on the PA announces that "flight 415 from Detroit to Miami, scheduled to depart at 11pm, is now expected to depart at 12:10am from gate 211." However, the airport they are sitting in does not match the interior of either the McNamara terminal, or the North Terminal. Neither terminal has more than 77 gates, and all gates are prefaced by a letter.
The young adults would not be able to survive 100 days and maintain their appearance, if they survived at all. As was seen on the series Alone (2015), trained survivalists had difficulty lasting in a similar environment for much longer than two months. Those that lasted a significant amount of time had lost a great deal of their body mass, with some being medically disqualified due to weight loss.
When Emma and Dean arrive on the beach, Dean grabs the flare gun and flares and they head into the rainforest. The next shot shows the boom mic clearly visible in the top left hand corner (19:15).
