In the 2nd of a 3 part documentary series, following life aboard the 'QE2', the most famous ocean liner in the world and now a floating hotel in Dubai, UAE. It's mid February and Valentine's Day sees two big events happening on board - a lavish brunch for 450 people in the main dining room, followed by a romantic opera gala dinner out on deck. With the guests paying a premium for both, expectations are high. The 'QE2's most important dining establishment, the historic 'Queen's Grill' undergoes a significant renovation. The designers are under pressure to deliver the update by the deadline with 'Time of the essence', if the venue is to be completed to suit the needs and demands of the modern visitors and tourists. Chef Dino and his staff are on their eighth tasting for the new menu - which still has not satisfied the 'QE2's owners. Issues also arise with the custom-made furniture for the ship's biggest suites, and the arrival of the replacement pieces interferes with a glamorous promotional photo shoot. There is also an inspirational reunion by the 'Hypher' family with many fond memories of what the 'QE2' represented.
