Fiona wakes up suddenly thinking of money. Frank has returned and once again drunk looking for a bed in the house with only Debbie to offer him one. The property tax is due but the Gallaghers cannot pay for it because Fiona took her final check to pay for the club night. Debbie try's to talk to Frank but him being drunk once again makes him awful to be around. Jimmy is now being followed Beto and worker of Estefania's father Nando. Mickey returns from Juvy to find Ian having sex with other cadet. Return to Shelia so tired she almost loses the baby when he almost gets thrown in the trash but she is able to save him. Ian doing his community service decides to make a little money giving crack to the do gooders working. Ian and Mickey talk and we find out Mickey was released due to overcrowding. Fiona needs so much more money to pay for the club and struggles to find it having to borrow. She asks Jimmy but he has nothing to give her and is unable to help her. Fiona asks Kevin for some liquor and gets a contact in the mob that can maybe help her. Mandy goes to the college adviser because she believes in Lip and wants to make a better future for him. Jimmy starts to act even stranger and when Beto leaves he uses this as an opportunity to get some money for Fiona. Beto stops Jimmy from stealing money because of his deal with Nando. Debbie is taking care of the baby and has to ask Frank for some help. He gives the baby some drugs which instantly stop the baby from screaming. Fiona goes out to the club looking for some contacts and when Veronique steals the phone she gets her contacts. Frank comes back to the house drunk of his ass and it's up to the family to throw him out. Frank causes trouble breaking Debbie's school project which makes he finally lose it beating him with her bag of soap. Fiona with her club gives away so much money which just makes her more nervous about the club night. Fiona goes to her club but Jimmy does not want to go with her. Veronique is visited by a women saying she is the wife of Kevin. Frank angry at his family does his most awful act by calling child services on the house which will be very bad for the family. Frank is kicked out of everywhere and by tricking Shelia is able to get a room in her house. Fiona's first club night goes very well but after she hands everybody their money she made $100 less on her investment. Lip and Fiona come home fighting because of the bad mistake Fiona made with money. Frank's action in this episode makes me hate him even more. Fiona may have made a bad decision but at least she had some fun. Some plots setting up just do not seem to be working but this show always struggles to start and the season gets better as it continues through the season.
