Well, here we go again: Another deliciously absurd episode from this bizarre "Street Fighter" animated series which despite being done in the nineties feels pretty much like something from the eighties.
But that's OK, because despite all the animation mistakes and the random and nonsensical plot (With enough weirdness to make this to qualify as a surreal albeit unintentional comedy) this ends being something actually enjoyable and funny to watch.
I liked how the tanks from the beginning of this episode sounded like broken bicycles. But the most memorable part of this chapter were the ridiculous lines..."Ambassador Blanka", seriously? Not even the cheesy cartoons from the eighties said stuff like that.
Anyway, this was hilarious.
