- The opening scene where 3 characters are screaming in pain and bleeding from their noses as a result of loud, mysterious noises is intense.
- 3 characters that have been taken by the man-alien are all seen having a fit and foaming at the mouth. A dark coloured tentacle is seen shooting from his mouth into the mouth of one of the men on the ground and something moves through the tentacle. Quite creepy. This happens a couple more times throughout the movie.
- All of the violent scenes as a result of the alien encounters are quite intense.
