There's no end to the tortured memories of child abuse
bettycjung28 August 2017
8/21/17. Oh, boy, ANOTHER documentary about abused children by the Catholic Church. Such abuse were so pervasive for hundreds of years, so it's not surprising to hear about this problem. What's really amazing is that boys abused never come out until they are in the latter part of their lives to recall the abuse they suffered decades before. And, they still remember the details, and they cry at the memory. This is so sad. I was glad to hear that some of the boys were brave enough to tell their parents, and that their parents intervened, but with little success most of the time. What does that say to these boys? Their parents are supposed to protect them and keep them safe, and they couldn't do it. Worth catching, and something should be done about the major issues of pedophilia. Countless lives are destroyed everyday because the Church can't get a handle on these dysfunctional priests.
